jaguars will rip the titans apart...jones-drew will run all over the weak titans run defense

I don't like either of these teams, but I am going with the Titans. The Jags have a runningback, but they have no QB. But the Titans have a great QB, and good RBs since the drafted Ledale White in 2006 and drafted Chris Henry in2007. Also the Titans did better in the draft than the Jaguars. I see the Jags having a better defense though. So I say thr Titans winning half the games they play against the Jags, but in the long run I see the titans will do better. Jags record 7-9 Titans 9-7. The Jags will not make it to the playoffs the Titans maybe.

The Titans have no chance this year to do anything. They lost both of their running backs and are relying on 2 underachieving second round picks. They lost their best reciever to the Rams in Drew Bennett. They are trying to sign Keyshawn Johnson but if he is your #1, you've got problems. Their defense has some good players on it but a thin secondary just got thinner with the loss of Pacman. I see them maybe winning 6, more like 4 or 5. I wish they would give Vince some help.
The Jags will be a little better off but I don't see them winning more than 9 games. They had the #2 total defense last year and that was with Reggie Hayward and Mike Peterson hurt. this year they will be healthy and they drafted Reggie Nelson to take the spot of Deon Grant. Nelson is a good player who will step right in and make an immediate impact. The Jags problem lies at QB. Neither Byron Leftwich or David Garrard is anything special. They make too many mistakes and they still don't have a reciever to throw to. Their running game and defense will win this team 9 games though. Neither team will make the playoffs and I think they will split the season series.

Jaguars. They actually have decent WRs and two very good RBs in Maurice Jones Drew and Fred Taylor.

The Titans have no recivers. Keyshawn would help but they still need another on the other side. Givens, Bennett, and Gage are gone. RB Travis Henry is gone and not they will have to depend on rookie Chris Henry and Lendal White. RB Chris Brown will depart as well, rumors have it.

Jaqs. They have a good running game with Drew and Taylor and eat away the clock, they just have to get a little better in the passing game. They also have a very good defense, one of the more nasty d lines with Stroud and Henderson, 2 300+ pound tackles, a good linebacker in Peterson, and good defensive backfield with Darious and Mathis plus they drafted a good rookie D back. Tennesse unfortunately is down their best defensive back, Pacman Jones, and they didn't do a whole lot on getting any big names in the offseason so alot of the pressure is going to once again ride on Vince Young's shoulders. Jaqs will make the playoffs this year but Tennesse will not.

screw u haters..... the titans won over the jags with heart alone last year and after a blow out from the jags the game before...i think they'll win one of two when they play them this year...haha remember who beat the Super Bowl Champs Colts last year!!! ...Titans...never doubt the titans

if the running back and wr gamble pays off maybe we'll be playoff bound!!!!

Jaguars will have a better team because they have more offensive options (though Young is a great quarterback).

They will probably split the season, and neither will make the playoffs.

The jags will have the better season.
The jags will win the game between the two.
And the jags will make the playoffs if Leftwich, can have a breakout season and avoid injuring himself.

Jags.Jags.Jags.... Vince is nice but hes still young and has 1 receiver to throw to, and an average D. Jax has Jones-drew and Taylor, a veteran quarterback, a couple decent receivers and a very good defense, i would be surprised if they didnt make the playoffs. but who knows the nfl is crazy.

The Jags have a QB issue to settle...I'm gonna go out on a limb here and be the first to say the Titans...Its clear who they are going with...Mr. Rookie of the Year...Vince...
