i am going to court for divorce and i want full custidy of my children

No. contact your local bar association or legal aid society. If you are unable to get an attorney, ask for one at the trial or for a postponment so that you can obtain one. This is not a time to try to go it alone. Email me and I'll help you find your local legal aid society if you want.

Be prepared to pay about $3000 for it. Not many attorneys would be willing to do it for less than $5000. Next time, get off your butt and hire an attorney when you first know you are being sued. (yes, divorce is a lawsuit.)

And you waited until mid day Friday? Try children's services and see if you can get a delay while you seek council; try and get a postponement Monday. Hit the phone book

Not to be rude, but if you want your kids so bad, why didn't you look for a Lawyer earlier? Judging by your actions, they would probably be better off with the Father....Geez !!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
