Expunging is what you are looking for... There are lawyers who have relationships and especially after 3 years without any other violations. I believe 7 years it may fall off your insurance record.

You can't remove it from your record. It won't disappear in Texas. It is a criminal charge, not a traffic charge. It will possibly revoke your license until you are 21. You will have a fine to pay, and probation. You are not likely to have to spend time in jail. You will have to attend alcohol and drug abuse classes, and may also have to attend AA meetings. The judge has some discretion as to your license, but I can almost guarantee that the judge will not be nice about this one.

Remove it? Very highly unlikely.
