Well basically anyone would be better that our neighbor now. She has a lawsuit aganst us for our garden being 5 inches onto her property and she said that we poured water on her steps in the middle of winter to make her fall---- after a rainstorm. My neighbor also ran over my cat AND shot bunny thinking that it was a "Rat". I really would like a different neighbor. Anything would be better that her, The neighbor from hell.

that one guy who does everything better than you.
you know...you break a record, he doubles it
you got a girlfriend, he has his own brothel and three girlfriends like Hef.
you saved $ 5000.00 in the bank , he invested in a New company and now it has grown into a monopolizing power and he owns half of it which gives him a value of 6.5 million dollars in stocks.
you get a new car with a V12 engine, he has about five (one of them just like yours), and his father owns a car dealer ship.
you have a rare dog, he has a pet cheetah in the back yard.
I could go on with over exaggerated expressions of this person but I'm sure you get the idea in a less extreme perspective.

An abusive sun of a gun like the neighbor I had. He was beating up his girlfriend, he was yelling all the time, he was beating up people that wanted to visit his girlfriend. He was at home all day...no work...living on disability. He offended me several times because I am german........It got so bad, I moved last year.

I'm sure this is going to sound horrible, but I would hate it if the typical stereotyped black person moved in next to me. Not ANY black person (most of the neighbors in my apt. building are black and they're great people), but the (like I said) stereotypical black person--LOUD bass music, parties all night, cars up on blocks in the yard, trashy lawn, grass that needs mowing, wild parties, etc.

a neighbor who would not be nice and giving during occasions, who only gives your family cookies because they want to borrow $5000 for a trip to a nice hotel.
or a neighbor who trashes my yard and gets mad if you walk onto their property.
