You need to get yourself a worker's comp lawyer. No, not one that your company offers you, a lawyer who handles nothing but worker's comp. cases. They need to look at all of your paperwork then they can talk to you about how much of a settlement they believe you can get. And they'll take their payment out of your settlement, so the more they get you the more they get, too.
I shattered my ankle 14 years ago at work. I didn't get a big money settlement, but I do have some permanent disability in it so for the rest of my life, Travellers Insurance has to pay for anything to do with my ankle. I need a full ankle replacement-waiting for a good one to come out--then they will have to pay for the entire surgery, rehab and pay me for missing the job I have now.

No one can answer that, because it depends on the extent of the issue, what is settled between you and your employer, and /or if you are going for disability with the state you live in. SSI. Good luck to you

if you have an attorney, count on the attorney getting the lion's share of what ever settlement you are offered.
