Is it possible for a man's penis to actually reach the cervix and uterus?

It may reach the cervix but it can't go in it and reach the uterus.. that's physically impossible

It can easily reach the cervix. Can't reach the uterus because the uterus is closed off by the cervix. I can always feel the cervix when I'm inside a woman.

the penis often bounces off the cervix during vigorous sex, the cervix is what protects the uterine opening. But the penis cannot penetrate the cervix and go into the uterus.
