Why do you worry, and about what? Do you like to worry?

What do you fear, and why? Do you like being afraid?

Maybe you think this is a stupid question, but stop for a moment and think about it, why are you afraid, why do you worry?

I don't know, sometimes it feels good to worry because you feel that you're kind of in control of the situation, like, you're conscious of it and now you're thinking about how to deal with it - you're worrying about it. If you forget about it and stop worrying, then you'll not have the best solution of the problem in case it gets worse or something like that. And also because if you forget about it, later on you'll remember it again, and that time it'll hit you in the face harder that it is hitting you now, while you worry. So to avoid that moment, you keep worrying until it gets solved.

I though you kind of asked WHY do you worry, not WHAT do you worry about? Why is everybody telling you what they worry about, as if you're gonna solve their problems. When you hear about someone else's worries, often it doesn't make sense, I mean people worry about things they absolutely don't have to worry about. But if you get the same problem, you start worrying too, even though you know you're not supposed to, and you finally get the other person's feelings, even though you know it's not that serious.

I am always worried that I made a mistake or that I have done something wrong. I developed ADD ( didn't know I had it before this) after having a severly nerve wracking job.
My new job is much more relaxed & I am working on calming myself...it's just not worth the worry.

It's a rather personal question y'know! But hey, whe're on the internet so I just better answer....

My biggest fear is never meating a man who truly loves me and dying a virgin.

I'm also scared of being friendless, becoming a loner and killing myself after a long bout of depression...

I fear being unatractiv, being ugly, not pretty enough.

And no, I don't enjoy worrying but it's just one of those things that comes with being human.....

Hope that helped...

Ciao
