How do change the @ key from the # '2' on the keyboard ??

I am in the UK, just did a full re-install on my dell machine, and i now have american keyboard settings, how do i change back to UK keyboard??

Control Panel / Regional Settings /
In there make sure all options are set to UK

XP Vista or W2K ? Use the language settings to resolve keyboard mapping and control panel settings for these keys.
Start->Control Panel->Regional and Language->select English (UK)
