Season 1 was the Master,
Season 2 was judge/angel
season 3 was the mayor
season 4 was adam
season 5 was Glory
season 6 was warren/andrew/jonathan
season 7 was "the" first
technically you could also say that Willow was a big bad in season 6 ...at least for the last couple episodes. She and Buffy had a knock down drag out fight for sure!
