They should see that - though not for the reasons you site.
America does need immigrants, to bolster it's population. Legal immigrants are allowed in selectively - we try to avoid taking in criminals for instance, and prefer those with desireable job skills. Abortions are also selective - people who don't want, or feel they can't raise, children have them. Kids stuck being raised by people who don't want or can't support them tend to come to a bad end.
So the two forces together - legal immigration and legal abortion - probably are making Americans a better people!

We have plenty of people from the middle east that are Americans yet still hate the US.
If your parents had an abortion or your mom swallowed you couldnt make dumb comments. That could be good.

If we had not aborted (i.e. killed) 44 million babies since the Roe v. Wade decision, we would have enough young workerd in the Workforce to solve the Social Security funding problem.
