The 'Mi nismo andeli' films are also really popular. However I think you must to be Serbian to 'get it' I personally didn't find them funny at all. The first movie was OK but the second was simply awful.. I could only stand watching half the movie, it was so bad! They are apparently making a third film at the moment.
If it are interested in watching movies in the Serbian language not just ones from Serbia. I can also suggest these movies.... 'GO WEST', 'NAFAKA', and 'GRBAVICA'
If you are talking about films that are a little older. Then I would recommend some of these films: 'Lepa sela lepo gore', 'Underground','Maratonci trce pocasni', 'Balkanski spijun', 'Virdzina', 'Kako je propao rokenrol' etc etc
If you are interested in keeping up to date with 'what is good and what is not' in Serbian films I suggest you read 'Balkan Media'

I think it would be difficult to find many of these movies in a standard movie rental store outside Former Yugoslav countries but you could get hold of these by ordering from any online store catering to the diaspora such as YU4you.
