it'll be 2 weeks on the 21st of may sense I won my item and I haven't gotten my item yet . I have a 2 week rule before asking where my order is , but the seller hasn't responded to any of my e-mails yet and I'm worried . I think it's still too early to file a dispute , but because he hasn't answered my e-mails , I thought I'd ask you people what I should do .

Two weeks if definately not too early. At this point, you'd be satisfied with a freakin response from them. If you paid thru Paypal, you can dispute it thru them. Have you checked the seller's feedback? I've been scammed before but, all the signs were there. I should have checked their feedback. In the last instance, however, the seller was having a hard time with caring for her elderly mother, etc. and I felt bad afterward.

I recently bid on and won an item on eBay. When I went to pay, the seller had put a restriction on the purchase that I must give them my phone number. This was not noted at time of bidding. I sent an email to the seller asking for an exception - no response. I sent another email - no response. Meanwhile, this disingenuous seller opened a non-payment case against me. I entered all zeroes into the form for my telephone number, and paid for the item. As soon as I get the item, I am going to give VERY negative feedback to this seller, then close my eBay account. eBay reps were USELESS in trying to help me here. Unbelievable!

As it has been 2 weeks and the seller is not responding, it is not too early to file a claim and you need to file a claim before 30 days has passed in order to protect your interests.

In your complaint, keep it brief and factual about when payment was made, other dates you have contacted the seller and not receiving a response and not receiving the item.

You might want to check the seller's current feedback rating and see if others have left more recent negative feedback citing not receiving their items.

At 2 weeks I would report it to eBay. That was when I got a reply from a seller who had stonewalled me before.

Start a complaint. Hope you used paypal.
If the item shows up then drop it.
Usually ones hears back from emails. Mention the lack of response.

Ebay says the seller has up to 30 days. That's their definition of reasonable. After that, you go to Safe Harbor. Good luck
