definetly not!.. Lindsay Lohan was on the cover of every mag due to passing out, showing her cha cha while drunk.. being out drunk.. is that what makes you #1 on a magazine.??? that is not hot!! she looks like dirty hill billy white trash.

I totally disagree. Take all of that make-up off and the fancy clothing..she looks like a normal white girl who has been drinking and partying way too much. She got freckles which I don't find very attractive at all. Her acting is totally normal. Nothing spectacular. Maxim's number 1? Oh please. There are so many other celebrities out there who deserve that place 34343 times more than she does. She is a hot topic since she appears almost in every magazine now. But generally speaking, she is NOT hot.

Maxim has lost their freakin minds. Lindsay Lohan the # 1 sexiest woman is laughable. Wild partying, snorting cocaine, LiLo sleeping her way around the hollywood male population, getting drunk, her firecrotch being caught on camera with no panties on, and picking fights with other hollywood starlets isnt sexy or hot. Lindsay's reputation is shot to hell. Scarlett Johansson , Jessica Alba or one of the other classy women on the list shouldve made the # 1 sexiest woman not Lindsay. Lindsay is cute and attractive but shes not classically beautiful.

shes actually really pretty if u can get past the coke-snorting, alcohol-consuming, party all the time, show my ********,crazy man-eating. then more ppl could see that. she does have a pretty face. too bad she doesnt kno how to use it.
i def wouldnt put her as #1
i think that spot should be reserved for the likes of angelina jolie(my rolemodel) or jessica alba.

No way. Not very attractive unless her stylists have completely pulled out all the stops with makeup, hair and clothes. Even then, she's more "average" looking than anything.
