Well we will have to wait and see.
Clinton caused the Democratic Party to lose control of Congress for 6 straight elections and 12 years.
I cannot imagine Bush hurting the Republican Party for that length of time.

You know...the congress has an even lower approval rating than the two term president Bush. And if you think the world hates America...why did the two supposed arch enemy leaders of France and Germany get replaced with pro USA leaders.
The anti-bush crowd complain the loudest...but they are pretty impotent when you get right down to it.

It is very likely that the Democrats will win by a landslide next year for both ends of Pennsylvania Avenue. It should be a generation before they shake off the scourge of the neocons and Dubya.

There are a few words come to mind. None of them nice to think about.
Ghastly, grim, gruesome,
Hideous, horrible, horrifying,
Maccabre, Terrifying
Loathesome, liquidizing,
Agonizing,
Expunge.
As in... Ex-SPONGE.
as in... lifeless...
spiritually and ethically decayed to the core...
or is that a tad too harsh?

From the way they are running in the opposite direction. I would say he has done plenty of damage. And there isn't one candidate that I think can fix it.

That's the one thing I like about Bush, the fact that he's leading the Republicans off a cliff.

A great deal and as long as they agree and hang with him it will causes them more . They have a long way to go to get out from the mess he's made as President .
Although I find the Democrats not any better in their decisions either !!!

Well, he lost them my vote. Although to be fair, they did a lot of that themselves. They chose to put party unity above the good of the nation, and followed him over the cliff like lemmings, leaving the party platform of conservatism behind.
