She is 100% christian and eats pork too, that's for sure

The word is Israeli and most of them are Jewish. She may be christian I would check, because Jews don't eat pork and I know Hispanics love it!

First of all you should stop calling her an Israelian. She is an Israeli.
When the mother-in-law comes why not just be pleasant and polite and ask her general questions about Israeli culture. I am sure the m-i-l will be glad to answer.
