Hate to be Mr. Obvious, but why not set up another one?
ADDITION: Given the new info, do you have a friend who would let you set up one at their house? Or could you put one at work? They're great for stress relief, so other people may even enjoy having one around (as long as you would still be responsible for its maintenance).
Also see if there are aquarium societies near where you live. You can meet other aquarists with interests similar to your own, and if you're lucky, maybe they set up displays in local schools for educational purposes and are looking for volunteers to help with set-up and maintenance. If not, maybe you can suggest it! (besides schools, consider day care centers, hospitals, offices, waiting rooms)
Also see if there are any aquarium maintenance businesses around. You can take care of other peoples' aquariums, give them advice, and get paid enough to move into a place where you can have a tank again. ;)
If not, you may have to make due by looking at online sites for marine aquaria and fish until you can move. Try these:

Or you can read articles and participate in forums to share what you already know to help the people just starting out

Try setting up a Nano reef aquarium. They 're 1/3 the cost of setting up and just as beautiful. Plus they can add a lot to a room without taking up much space.

Just an idea but you could get involved in some local aquarium clubs. Almost every major city has one and they usually meet at least once a month. You can make friends though them that also enjoy saltwater and reef tanks and share in what you know about them.

Say sorry for all the stupid mistakes you've made, and hope she forgives you. Then take her out for dinner.
