If I'm off work/at home, I turn down the lights, take an asprin and relax with some soft music.

If I'm a work, I take asprin and try to eat something with some protien/sugar in it.

I put an ice pack at the back of my neck, take some Excedrin pain medicine and nap it off.

Icecubes in a wool sock, rubbed onto my forehead, or temples or base of neck, or where ever it hurts. This always works for me. I "lost" the other sock on purpose.

sprint to the medicine cabinet, swing open the door, furiously grab the advil, try for ten minutes to open that dumb child safe cap, then (dramatically) pop a few of those darling pills into my mouth.... and then take a bow!!!!! tada!
