What have you had to give up or change in order to afford gasoline?

We got rid of my horse =0( Too hard to go buy hay towns away or trailer him out for trail rides.
And I can't drive my favorite pickup to work, just on the weekends.

Yes. We're selling one of the horses. We have to temporarily give up on expensive infertility treatments. We're selling the horse trailer. The horses are eating cheaper feed. I'm doing my own vaccinations for the animals (except rabies). I'm using public transportation to get to work even though my commute takes longer. A long vacation is out, we're going to take short weekend trips with the camper. We're buying little to no "extras". Like DVDs,music Cd's, books, small things for the house.

I've started buying more items in a single trip to the store, making "quick trips" to the store unnecessary. It just doesn't make since to use $1.00 worth of gas to pick up a $2.00 loaf of bread.

had to quit going out every weekend. My boyfriend and I work differendt shifts and on the weekends we would go watch a movie and eat dinner while were out of town, but now we only go out once or twice a month.....life has gotten boring :(

Alot!, I try and stay at home, but being a stay at home mom, it is hard b/c i used to look foward to getting out of the house. now i can't really go anywhere and we live in apartments and if i want my daughter toplay outside i have to drive her to a park. so she doesn't get to go out as much...... :-(
