The frequency refers to the RATE of something occuring.
e.g. frequency on the radio = number of radiowaves per second

In this case, it would be the number of vibrations (up and down) that the power plate produces in a second.

The frequency is the number of times something happens in a given amount of time. How you want to relate this to an exercise machine, I don't know.

By definition the word frequency means ' Number of times'
e.g., at what frequency he visits you.

Not necessarily its used in physics always, its a general term can be used anywhere.
