My pharamacist said that the only difference between Prenatal Vitamins and other vitamins is that the amount of folic acid and iron in them. Basically its just a regular multivitamin and he did say that multivitamins can aid in becoming pregnant by working out vitamin deficiences and what not, but it wont MAKE you pregnant definitely--just aid in it.

No, they don't make you more fertile. They just help to ensure that you have enough of the vitamins in your system for a developing fetus should you get pregnant. It's wise to start taking them before you are even pregnant because then you know from the moment you conceive that you have the right amount of folic acid and other vitamins and minerals to help prevent birth defects.
Good luck!!!

nope, but they are an awesome vitamin and have all the folic acid that is so important to your body before and after you conceive. They are incredibly strong vitamins tho so if you have a weaker tummy you should always take them with food.
