You need the plugs and wires, a spark plug socket, a socket wrench, and a gapping coin unless the plugs you buy are factory gapped (which many are). Most auto parts stores will gap them for you if you ask, or verify that they are gapped correctly. Always double check when you buy plugs...that you are buying the correct ones...VERY important. The wrong plugs can cause engine damage.

Pull off one plug wires from the distributor cap, and the plug itself.....match it up in length to one of the new wires......Use your spark plug socket to remove the plug. Gap the new plug if necessary.....wrench it back in.

It is a VERY good idea to do one plug and wire at a time, or you risk messing up the firing order by forgetting which wire went to which plugs.

You should be able to go to any auto parts store and pick up a Haynes Repair Manual specific to your vehicle. They are pretty good because they are detailed and have pics to help.

Also for plugs and wires never take all the wires out at the same time. After market wires aren't as exact in thength as the factory ones so one at a time is best.

Just do ONE spark plug, and ONE plug wire at a time.
That way, you CAN'T mess up the ignition sequence.
