In CO it is legal to do a Right on Red. If I was turning LEFT on a ONE WAY STREET with traffic heading LEFT (So I would be turning with the flow of traffic), is it Legal to do a left on red, if a one way street?

Yes, as long as the street you are turning FROM is also a one-way street. (Sorry, but the first two answerers gave you incorrect information.)

My source is the Colorado Driver's Handbook. If you bring it up using the link I've cited below, look right under the illustration of the traffic lights. It states:

"...you may turn left on a red light if you are turning from a one-way street onto another one-way street, unless prohibited by a sign."

It's legal here in OH, but only if the street you are on is one way also.

yes you can only go right on red otherwise ther would be a yield sign there instead of a light
