Hi there, I actually have my first batch of angelfish fry right now too. However, I have been raising other types of fry at a very good rate so here's what I would do. If you notice the angelfish are constantly fanning the eggs with their fins? This is to make sure that water flows across the eggs properly. If you want to remove the eggs, first wait and make sure the male is fertilizing them. After you know this, you might want to think about where you are going to put them. They need water to flow across them, not too much but enough. When you figure out where they will go, you need to put them with an aerator close by to ensure the flow of water. Hatching rates are higher when the leaf or hatching stone is upside down. Why, I don't know. After about 60 hours the fry begin to hatch. Before you remove them from the parents make sure to use the water from the tank of the parents and the temp has to be the same also. When you move them to the hatching tank do not leave them out of the water long. After 3-5 days you need to feed them baby brine shrimp. You should be good to go. Anymore questions let me know.

First you need to be sure you have both a male and female. Sometimes 2 females will pair up and lay eggs even without a male.

If you have a pair, sometimes the male doesn't fertilize the eggs, can't fertilize them or the eggs are bad.

If either of those are the case, the eggs will turn white within a day.

Assuming they are ok as far as the above stuff goes, you need to leave the eggs with the parents and leave the fry with them after that. They will tend the eggs and remove any bad eggs from the batch. Once the babies are free swimming you can remove the parents and at this point you will need to start feeding the babies. Newly hatched brine shrimp is an excellent first food for angels.

Just keep them fed several tiems a day and keep the tank very clean and they should do fine.

You will, I think, need to move the eggs to another tank. Otherwise the parents will eat them.
