Contact Orkut and let them know you did not make the community. They will be able to see that the IP address of your computer is not the same as the computer that created the page. Insist that it be removed.

this is part of cyber crime and u shudnt take it lying down. first of all u shud complain to the police. and since the police is giving a lot of attention to the crimes that are happenin through orkut, they will certainly help u

send them a complaint explaining it's not you. Here is part of their policy:

YOU JUST MAKE A NEW ORKUT ACCOUNT WITH THE SAME NAME AND THAN SCRAP TO ALL THE PERSONS WHOM YOUR DUPLICATE PERSONS HAVE ADDED TO YOUR FRIEND'S LIST THAT MY ORIGINAL ACCOUNT IS THIS AND SOMEBODY ELSE IN USING MY NAME.ALSO YOU CAN SCRAP TO YOUR BEST FRIENDS ABOUT YOUR ORKUT NEW ORKUT ACCOUNT.

open that community click on the report abuse botton just below the poll and everythingunder the community pic , in the abuse click on other , write ur complaint and send it to goggle or get 100 people to report abuse against it it will be automatically shut

easy click on tht community nd then report abuse on that community it will be deleted
