Some guy just backed into me and tried to blame it on me when I had the right of way, I was driving down a street and he was parked in a parking spot and started backing up I tried to slam on the brakes and turn away but it was too late. Why do people that know it was their fault always try to blame it on the other person?

They blame other people that way they dont have to pay the damage from their own pocket.

they do suck and thet try to get out of paying big insurance hikes by blaming others

so they don't get points on their auto insurance. they can't admit they make mistakes, they are cowards, heard it all but in the end the insurance adjuster should be able to know what happened.
