There's already more than enough food in the world to feed everyone. The problem is distribution. Hungry people are hungry because they don't have access to the food. Thus, jailing hippies won't help (at least not in that way).

First of all there are no Hippies around anymore they are doing time with Charlie Manson. You want a food surplus close down all the "all you can eat" restaurants and put all the fat people on diets.

I don't think hippies are the biggest group of potheads out there anymore so it wouldn't make much of a dent in the world hunger problem.

i don't smoke, but if pot were de-criminalized the government could have alot more money to help world hunger.
not only from the sale of marijuana but also in money saved by having fewer people in our prison system because of it.

hey i have a better idea since pot is kinda healthy for those who are sick.
why don't we start putting money into our school and funds here so when our children grow up they can help other countries, or better off why doesn't "US" stop trying to rebuild Iraq since people keep exploding s*** over there.
