"Infra Dig" means literally "beneath one's dignity" and comes from the Latin "infra dignitatem".
It is used to indicate (by those "in the know") that a suggested or contemplated act isn't worthy of one's character or standing and is thus undignified or beneath one's "level".

It's not a phrase very commonly used.

Ex.: Some people consider doing dishes infra dig.

It means that the subject is ' beneath my dignity'.

It is usually used to describe something that a person does not wish to discuss because it refers to something that they wish to exclude from their experience of life because it is coarse or unrefined.
