okay, first I disagree with all of these answers, some are just plain out rude.
now to try to answer you're question, Advertisers are trying to get people to buy there products so if that was an advertisement, expect the unexpected. if it was a cartoon, of course, cartoons are generally made to capture children's attention, so a kid sees that, they are likely to watch. OR if it was on a TV Show, then I have no idea what the makers were aiming for. I hope I was able to help.
