Why the shares of Unitech Ltd is rising so drasticly even though inflation is so high?

Basis of rising of shares is whether the co. has pocketed a much profitable contract or
whether the co. has entered into new areas having anormous profitable chances or
it is only effect of market trading

Shares rise when people perceive they have value. It is all about perception, which has a lot to do with marketing. However, it's possible that the company is well managed and is doing well. In which case, people can perceive that and it will lead to a run up in stock prices.
