Mine would have to be people who SAY (or promise) they are going to do something, be somewhere, help someone, or bring something, and then they don't show up. They don't call, offer an explanation, or offer to have someone else come in their place.
Even worse, later on when you DO see them, instead of apologizing for having not come through, they act like it wasn't that big of a deal. I'm sure everyone here has met this type at some point.
What kind of people "pet-peeves" do you have?

I would get on your pet peeves then haha! Sorry I know they help put when its 110 outside and your on a horse all day sorting and branding cattle its not practical. Actually one of my pet peeves is the requirement of wearing helmets; its a matter of opinion whether one should wear one or not, its an individuals choice. Second pet peeve, I hate how everyone's an expert in this industry. Mind your own business. Third, people who treat their horses like pets and wonder why they have bad behavior. Fourth, I hate it when people hand feed my horse. He's in training now, so no boarders wandering with carrots. But before I found a lady feeding him and she got offended when I told her not to feed MY horse. My gelding is not your personal petting zoo; don't feed, don't touch. I have some others, but I can't remember them at the moment.

Just HAVING TO deal with most people is my personal #1 pet peeve! I've seen INANIMATE OBJECTS that are twice as capable and half as annoying as many of 'em!

having worked in retail... my biggest pet peeve was when someone would ask me an off-the-wall question that made no sense... and when i tried to help and couldn't get more info from them i would hand them over to someone else. and when they got someone else they would ask their question the right way... uggghhh. and i can't stand it when people don't talk loud enough for you to hear them...

Well, yes, what you said, also, when you are talking to people, they act like they acknowledge what you're saying, nod or something, but they are really not listening!

I hate people who interrupt you after they ask you a question and you try to answer them. I always say, "Can you let me finish? I mean you asked me, let me answer!"
