No, there's nothing wrong with you for not telling the doctor that you had two miscarriages. It is a perfectly natural protection response.

You ought to tell him though, just so that if you get pregnant again he'll know to pay special attention to you.

Good luck and here's a hug {{ }}

You should tell the ob gyn you were pregnant. It is very important for the Dr. to know your past. There is nothing wrong with you for not telling the truth- you experienced a horrible tragedy and the Dr. will understand. Just make sure to be honest in the future.

Oh, I am so sorry this happened to you, and I can understand you not being ready to face your miscarriages at the time of the visit. With that being said, you really need to tell her/him. That comes into play with your health and how they can best treat you. Also, if you decided to try and get pregnant again, they can look for any "signs" and be sure to watch your health more carefully. I don't think it's something you need to tell right away (unless you are having health issues), but you do need to tell your Dr. the next visit. I really think he/she will understand why you weren't ready to talk about. You might want to also seek out a mental health professional such a therapist, psychologist, or even psychiatrist to help you cope with your loss. I wish you the best of luck, and no, there is nothing wrong with you for not telling.

The next time you see the doctor you can explain about the lie. Don't feel bad though. Your ob gyn will understand.
You should also seek counseling to help deal with the miscarriages.

Your doctor could help figure out why you are having miscarriages. Plus a doctor can tell if you are lying. When a woman gets pregnant the shape of her uterus changes. But you do need to be honest. Not telling your dr. doesn't change what happened.

It's important to tell your doctor the truth, though it may be painful. But I can tell you that if your doctor examined you vaginally, then your doctor already knows about you being pregnant. Your cervix has a crease in it, happens whenever you get pregnant, with a miscarrage or delivery, you were pregnant twice, you may have 2-3 creases on your cervix that shows more than one pregnancy.

Yes - you should absolutely tell her. It may make a difference in your care. Be honest. Your ob gyn has probably heard of similar cases like this. DO not be embarrassed.

Good luck!!

Your doctor needs to have complete and truthful answers to all the questions she asks you so that she can best treat you and keep you healthy.

I think you need to give your gynecologist a call.
