I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

My husband reversed his diabetes in 2 weeks. Very easy. For the first two weeks eat only veggies (mostly green). Eat all day long be steaming a pot and then reheat with steam. Sprinkle Stabilized Rice Bran powder (NOW Brand 3 bucks at health food store and loaded with vitamin B) it is not a cereal it is a powder that comes in a pound bag. Take Glucose Stabilizer (Jarrow Brand at Health food store) After your first two weeks only take one with each meal, not the 2 they recommend you won't need two. About 18 bucks. Get your veggies frozen at Walmart in big bags for 6.50 a bag. Add protein of steamed chicken or organic beef (broil it). You can reheat in steamer for your small portions throughout the day. IT is very very easy but you have got to stop the fast food, fatty foods and fruit for the first month or two. You can add a little bit into your diet later but never ever go back to the pasta and pizzas. Good Luck. Oh, don't microwave. It changes soemthing in the food and you are not getting the natural nutrients you need. Buy a vegetable steamer to cook and reheat your food. Exercise really really automatically reduces glucose levels. Start a routine that you know you will enjoy and do at least 3 days a week. Your depression will leave you along with you diabetes. It worked for my husband.

Very good souce is the book "Glutathione. Your body's most powerful protector" by Jimmy Gutman, MD, researcher and emergency physician. Glutathione is a molecule naturally occurring in every cell of the body. It is responsible for the proper functioning of the immune system, detoxification, recycling of antioxidants and several other things. In a nutshell, Glutathione is the first line defense against diseases. Chapter 10 of this book addresses diabetes. Chapter 2 addresses Glutathione and detoxification (chemical sensitivity, exposure to toxins in the environment on a daily basis can cause depression and chronic fatigue syndrome). It also tells you how to effectively and naturally raise your Glutathione levels, namely with the bioactive whey protein Immunocal. Immunocal is clinically proven to raise Glutathione levels. Case studies are presented throughout the book. You can email me if you have questions.
My advice also is whatever natural cure you choose make sure there is science and true medical research behind it, not just pretty promises.

With the newer types of insulin these days, diabetic diets aren't necessarily as restrictive as they used to be. Read here https://tr.im/diabetestreat
As with any medicine or diet change, you should discuss it with your doctor. Fruits, both fresh and dried, have a natural sugar in them that will raise blood sugar levels, so be careful about eating too much. Not sure about the nuts. Moderation is always the key. I've been diabetic for 18 years and just recently changed insulin types. I love it because it gives me more freedom in when and what I eat.

1. Get your diet in check. This is the #1 most important thing you can do to heal yourself. Your body will not function properly with toxins in it. Eliminate manmade products from your diet. Yes, this means no sodas, processed foods, and junk. It sounds impossible but I assure you it's not. Eat only fresh organic food and cook from scratch.
2. Drink unlimited amounts of water, organic green or white tea, and fresh juices. Buy a juice machine and juice your own fruits and veggies. If you must drink alcohol, drink only red wine or dark beer, like guiness.
3. Supplement your diet with vitamin C, fish oil, vitamin e.
4. Exercise. No you don't have to splurdge on a gym membership. Just walking outdoors for an hour a day can have dramatic effects on your health and emotional state.
5. Devote yourself to a healthy sleep pattern. Go to bed at 10 and get up at 6. Every day. Do not sleep in. This is the healthiest sleep pattern for your body.
6. DO NOT TAKE DRUGS/MEDICATIONS.
7. Diabetic Foods:
sweet potatoes
whole grains (wild rice, barley, lentils, brown rice)
dark leafy greens
beans and all legumes
fish
lean meats
salad greens
berries

Don't ever take the sleeping pills route!!
1. They will damage your liver big time and you can get into serious health problems.
2. You will get hooked up on them and you won't be able to have a normal life any more if you don't take your pills everyday.
The sleeping pills industry is damaging our health by capitalizing on our ignorance, and by distracting people from effective and natural ways to deal with this problem. I had been taking prescription sleep medications [Ambien] for over 5 years. It stopped working and I simply took more. Still did not work. Nights were very difficult - medication put me to sleep but I would wake up after 2–3 hours with a strong sympathetic response (fast pulse, pounding heartbeat, wide awake alert). It was a very difficult cycle to break. I was really in bad shape due to lack of sleep.
After years of struggling I was able to cure my insomnia naturally and pretty fast. I followed the Sleep Tracks sleep optimization program, here is their official web -site if you want to take a look: http://www.insomniacure.net
Ohhh..and Good Luck!

Hi,
When somebody has a diabetes and depression together good to check the Candida (yeast) level. I don't want to write a book about it here. Information is plenty out on the net.
Good start is this address: http://www.candidafree.net/
After checking out what Mark (helped me a lot) has to say on the above address. You must do the saliva test and if that show yeast in your body, your work will start. You must educate your self on this subject to able to help your self.
I give you a few clue here about the supplements you should check out.
Beside the 3Lac Mark is promoting, a few more good remedy is on the market. Like Syclovir (one must take with it VSL #3) Kolorex, Candex, Primal Defense, Oxygen Element or Cell food just name a few.
I didn't used Syclovir and VSL#3. (The action of Syclovir against a yeast is very unusual, you must read about it.) The other ones I used and they able to do the job. Mind you, non of them is cheap.
You welcome to contact me anytime if you need info about my experience. I am one of the cured victim of the yeast.
I am not diabetic still, I can give you an info about very good site where you can find herbal formula for Pancreas.

My personal advice - educate your self on your condition and
