I'm sorry that you feel this way, but really....what's the big deal? Have you discussed this with your neighbors? Have you asked them to move their trampoline? Have you communicated with them that it is a fence meant for privacy, not just yard border? You can't really hold them accountable for something that they don't know is bothering you.
Maybe you should get to know your neighbors better...and actually communicate your feelings to them in a non-threatening or peaceful way. And realize, that you may be the one who is being unrealistic. Seek first to understand, then be understood.
Why are you so against kids jumping on a trampoline? They are kids for crying out loud, it's what they do.
Another option. Move to a smaller town where you have a yard that allows for privacy if you want it, you made the choice to live with a yard that is not big enough to seperate your privacy from your neighbors...that was your choice.

File a motion with your local police for invasion of privacy and see where that leads you. It might not help, but it might. But, if you like your neighbors, I wouldn't advise it.

This is the problem with American culture. Our neighbor's aren't our enemies. Embrace them as your friends! American people need to grow up and sophisticate them selves. Currently, you have no morals and are fat slobs!
