Enterprise car rental at O'Hare airport in Chicago ! Our plane was late and when we got to the rental office they did not have the car we had reserved that morning. We explained to the rental agent that my husbands brother had changed the wake for my husbands mother to that night and we needed to be in a town about a hour away at 5pm and it was now 4:30. The manager was listening and he grabbed a set of keys and looked at the agent and asked if she had our info she nodded and he tossed us the keys to a town car and said go ! Then he called on my cell and gave us traffic up dates so we were only about 1/2 hour late. Bless that man !

LOL!!! I asked this question the day till now right this moment... great minds? : ) nicely, right this is what brought about that..... I even have an extremely short lunch wreck, half-hour to be precise. And, each and every in view that my paintings moved places, there is completely one eating place that I even have time to circulate to throughout my short lunch wreck and that's a Wendy's. (We moved to BFE.) I many times carry my lunch yet once I rush out and overlook it or basically choose something diverse... it is my purely selection. i've got been there approx 12-15 situations in the process the final 3 hundred and sixty 5 days and not in any respect as quickly as has an worker there pronounced "thank you", "have a outstanding day", yet on my own even cracked a grin. no longer purely are they no longer friendly, they're downright rude. the weird and wonderful ingredient is... it is no longer purely one person, it is everybody i've got ever encountered there, such as the managers. i eventually went to their internet site and e-mailed a criticism the day till now right this moment. Who knows if it is going to help. I dread going to that place. BTW... to the international... i'm no longer attempting to place down Wendy's. The others i've got been to had great customer provider. LOL. ETA: No apology necessary, N. I was in Dallas International. Airport, which is an huge, new expansive complex, and trying to find out which of the five terminals my girlfriend's flight was arriving at so that I could meet her. Her flight wasn't showing up on any of the computers. Two baggage claim reps. stopped what they were doing to help me. It was Sunday, no-one else around. Once you retrieve your baggage, you are no longer able to ride the light rail system. They saved me from taking ground transportation with four bags and playing musical terminals. I had the Airline commend them. They wouldn't take any money.

when i am giving value for my money ! anywhere anytime.
Excellence in service is rare these days. All companies/ Hotels/ Corporates are seekiing cheap untrained labor and Honestly I can't blame the employees coz in most cases they are thrown "to the dogs".

going to Victoria Secret and trying on Bra's, this gorgeous clerk came in and helped me...As she was hitting on me and telling me how beautiful I was....I even got a sweet kiss from her;) I was amazed at how friendly she was to me;) Now that is 100% outstanding customer service;)
