It always makes me so happy when I see the answers. I feel like people are paying attention to my thoughts eventhough they don't know me :)

Yep, I like to see what response I get from people all around the world and of all ages. Some, unfortunately, are a waste of space, but luckily there are only a small minority of those. But what amazes me more than anything is the fact that we all pass each other in the street and don't say boo to each other but on here we all chat like we're old friends. We are strange us humans eh?

I agree with you, Also when I first started I was so unsure of how to do things and it was great to know that some people out there could explain things in simple English and not make me feel totally stupid just because they knew how to do things and I didn't.

Thrilled! Not because I want people to pay attention to me, but because I need help finding the answer! And I seem to get very little response to my questions, which is frustrating. So, answerers are entirely encouraged!

When total strangers care enough about you to help you solve your problems, that's a great feeling. It makes you feel validated, your problems are real and you're not alone. You always have someone to talk to.

I just figure that's the idea behind Yahoo Answers. You're supposed to get people's opinions on various subjects, so it's good if you don't know the people that answer you.
