madonna doesn't even have that good of a voice.
mariah has amazing range. celine can really belt it. i also think that in her day (ya know, before the drug problems) that whitney houstin had the best voice.
of those three, its really a toss up between mariah and celine, and at that point its really about preference. mariah's image has changed (and not for the best) over the years. celine, while a little annoying, is a more complete "package" of class and personality. i still enjoy early mariah songs though and loved her music when she first came out. her mtv unplugged session? amazing.

Celine Dion Has such a Great voice, Madonna just rocks music out. Both are alot better than Mariah. I dont like her music

Madonna's voice is mediocre. Celine has talent. Mariah used to have talent. None of them would fall into the "best in the world" category.

Madonna, she's jus a improved ho3.
& Mariah Carey, her voice reminds me of a little kid screaming with a piercing sound.
