It all comes on what type of game you are playing and how comfortable and easy you feel playing the game in that position. I think the only game that will require you to be on a specific position is WII Fit.

i only play one game and thats guitar hero but i cant play it standing up...only sitting down bcuz thats how i learnd how 2 play it...
