omg ok ur small and short soo try jeans wearhouse--nice and cheap and 4 all builds! umm forever 21 <3 it ....hollister American Eagle and Old NAvy are good 2 ... umm wet seal is really cute 2.... O macys has a decent teens section! limited too has some cute stuff 2 i can't think of anything else best of luck

What about "Limited too"? I also like JCPenney's pre-teen selection. I like nice styles, but nothing remotely suggestive for kids.
