Go to www.bankofamerica.com. You can set up an online access to your account there. If you have trouble, call customer service, and they will walk you through it. Once you're in, you will see a list of any accounts you have with them (like checking, saving, credit card). If you have a checking or saving plus your credit card, you can just transfer funds (for free) to pay the bill. If you just have a credit card, you could pay directly at BOA website, or set up online bill paying through whatever bank does your checking.

When you log on to the BofA site, choose the tab that says "Billpay " and you can set up you accounts there to pay them online.
Be prepared with you account numbers from the bills you wish to pay through them, and if it's not a company they have on their list, you'll need the mailing address that you would send your payment to as well.

I think all you need is your debit card and some other personal information.
The, go to "Bill Pay", and hit "Show Payees". From there, you can add payees.
