Marriage is a legal agreement entered into by two people. According to the agreement each side does their part to live with the others differences. Once one party fails to hold up their end of the bargain divorce follows. Happiness is not a prerequisite for marriage, neither is sex. However, if one party is unhappy long enough the other party will be unhappy with half of their stuff.
