how can i use my migration code when switching from tiscali to virgin media?

virgin media do not require a migration code, but if i do not use the mac, tiscali will continue to bill me after 30 days.

You simply create a new account with Virgin, once confirmed, you just cancel Tiscali.

Virgin is using a cable-tv network whereas Tisacli is coming through the phone line. Totally different bits of wire.

As stated above. Cancel Tiscali as soon as Virgin say you are online.

Why did you ask for it. Just cancel your service or contract and go with Virgin. If you are in contract they may ask you to pay for the remainder of it.
