When it comes to baby names, try to chose one that will not hurt the child when growing up because a name can make a person. I would personally go with C). Milaana (Chechen)=modern name from italian city Milan pronounced (ME-LAAN-UH)
Good Luck.

The first one is typically in Hebrew name of boy. If you want something very similar to a girl that would be Matat
About E, I speak Hebrew and I find this a very strange name and I'm not sure you're right about the meaning..
Maya Mira and Mia work in many languages
Mor (Hebrew)
Mikah
Masada
Moria (More-ee-ya)
Maital (May-tal)
Maskit (Jewell in Hebrew)

B- Maia is my first choice, very delicate and pretty. Matai and Manuela are a bit too "ethnic" for my taste, but depends on where you live and what your background is (and your family name). Manuela McDermott would be a weird combo and questions would be tiresome.

I say go with Milaana.....but remember that you don't want to pick a name that the child, herself, will have problems pronouncing or her classmates will!! I know you want somethign unique and distinctive....but don't get so caught up in that that you forget about what that name will be like for baby to wear the rest of her life!!!

From your list, I really like Maia and Milaana. I think they sounds pretty and feminine. I would consider choosing one from your heritage, too. Does she already have a brother or older sister? It would be nice to have something that coordinates to their name (or your name) but isn't to matchy-matchy.

Good Luck!
