I recently talked to someone who is a citizen from another country visiting the United States. She said people in her country (of course not every single person) hate the United States but love individual Americans.

Palestinians shouldn't hate Democratic Administrations.
Even if the Democratic Party is controlled by AIPAC, the Israeli Lobby.
Is it their fault, that the Democrats made the president of AIPAC the Chairmen of the DNC in 1997 ?
Well, I guess it is.
But the Palestinians are in luck, we now have a Republican Administration.
So for the first time in history, the Israeli's actually dismantled settlements inside Palestinian land.
You never saw that happen when the evil Democrats were in power.
But the Palestinians shouldn't hate the Democrats because of that.

Not only is it possible for a Palestinian to like Americans and hate their government, there ARE Palestinians who feel that way. Many do not, however, knowing that WE ultimately have control over who is or isn't in our government. We are indirectly responsible for our administration's actions.
I don't intend that as support for or against the Palestinian cause, but simply as a statement of fact about the nature of foreign opinion.
