Normally you ovulate from each side every other month so if you have a blocked tube your chances of getting pregnant are cut in half. This is not to say you will not get pregnant. My mom had a tubal pregnancy when I was 4 and she ended up having 2 more kids. Stop stressing, this is a major cause of infertility. Relax and have sex. It should be fun, remember?

Hi,
I can sincerely say that I know what you are going through because I was in the same situation a year ago. The best advice I can give you is to stop thinking about it!!!! You need to stop counting days and buying ovulation predictors. Just start eating right, take your prenatal vitamins, try to do aerobics or yoga to reduce stress, and make love when you and your partner feel like it and I can assure you that like any natural process, it will happen.
Good luck!

if you have a blocked tube you are only releasing an egg into the uterus every other month. it may take some more time, but you should be able to have a bay, provided you are ovulating. Has your partner been tested for sperm count/mobiity?
