What do you have to know to be a food service person for public schools?

Really, not a lot.. Anyone can apply as long as you can get a food handler's card. That'll cost you $20 bucks or so. You also can't have a criminal background and have to get a TB test to show that you have not had Tuberculosis

How wear a hair net, have flabby arms, be crabby, and you must have a prominent mole in a very visible area.

From the quality of their food...probably just how to keep from burning water.
