This will sound wierd... Put the nuts back on, but only enough to keet the wheel from falling off the studs. Drop the car on the ground (it may come loose here). Put the car in gear and drive forward and backward, jamming on the brakes. Eventually the wheel will work loose.

Before you put it back on, coat everything with a good anti sieze compound.

Is the lug nut a 3/4 or 13/16 socket? Go to parts house and purchase a universal wheel lock remover socket. Hammer it onto the rounded out nut and remove the lock nut. You can also go to tire store and get the nut removed.

I have removed hundreds of stuck tires. I swap the wheels off my own car on average 18 times per year and the 2 rears get stuck every time.

1. Support the car firmly with jack stands.
To remove the tire you can:
2a. Kick it hard from the back with your leg (somewhat dangerous as you have to crawl under the car to do this)
2b. Hit the tire (not the wheel) as hard as you can from the back with a large mallet, the back of a wood splitting axe (my choice) or some similar large blunt hitting object. A nail hammer won't cut it. If it doesn't loosen with the first hit turn the wheel a quarter turn and hit again. Rinse and repeat until it comes off. Leave a couple of lug nuts on loose so the tire doesn't go flying.

put the lug nuts back on finger tight, then loosten each one full turn, then drive the car slowly and make u turns untill you hear the wheel "pop"

happens a lot in rust belt states, or where they use salt on the roads.

lube the studs lightly with some grease and the center of the wheel as well so it will come off next time.
