I think it all has to do with how many times the husband has been turned down by his wife. For a man, we are always in the mood, we are like a light bulb (well most of the time) and for a man that has been rejected alot before, he will wait for the wife to approach him, to save himself from the pain of his wife saying no or some excuse. I think its alot more fulfilling if the wife is totally in the mood also, more passion.

We spend our whole lives waiting for our wives to make the first move. We encourage it and ask for it, but the wives never do it. They say they understand the concept and our desires, but never do anything. Basically a lack of interest on their part. They loved to be loved, but make little or no effort at initiating. When it does happen, it's great. We applaude them, only to wait another 10 years.

Some men do but not all. If they wait its out of respect for the women or fear of rejection. My man likes when I make the first move he finds it a turn on and a guarantee!
