You already asked this question in a different format, guess you did not find any support.
You remind me of someone that keeps changing doctors until they find one that agrees with their self diagnosis.
Move on you will find limited or no support for this belief.

You can speak for yourself, but where do you get off trying to set the rules for everyone? Who made you God?
Suppose I decided to push a rule saying that women (especially if they use the handle letitgoxoxoxo) should not be allowed to speak in public, or ask questions? How about a rule specifying that men should be allowed to have as many mistresses as they wanted, and that wives should have no legal rights? Or maybe that husbands should give up their names and rights when they get married, but the wives should be required to work a 60-hour week to earn all the money? There's no limit to the rules any of us could make to suit our own particular prejudices. But the fact is, the group settles on the rules, not a few nosy, noisy know-it-alls.

I am going to assume that you are asking if we think married women (lesbians can't legally marry) should be housewives. My thought is that works best for raising a family, if it is financially possible.

Sure.... IF THIS WERE 1950!
Take a step into this century for a change.
If that's what you want, knock yourself out. But relationships are a partnership. More often both work to equally provide for the household.

They can sit home a be the perfect housewife if you both can afford it. Otherwise, you may need to get a job to help pay for the SUV in your driveway. Besides, you may become a desperate housewife like the TV show.

NO! I like making my own money and I wouldn't wanna spend my husbands hard earned money on my clothes, make up and such. I think the housework should be a teamwork thing

No........lol, thats dumb, however, I dont think that women should have like 3 kids and then leave them with a nanny all day while she goes off to live her "dreams" of beign a lawyer. as far as being just a wife I say you SHOULD work, not that you absolutly have to, but you should. but if you have kids YOU should raise them, not some stranger.

that would require an agreement between both spouses. if you are upfront with your desire to be a "housewife", a noble endevour indeed or a working woman/mom, it could stem from desire or circumstance. just remember marriage takes teamwork.

Ideally yeah, but money is so integral these days that the working woman is a commonplace thing.
