Acetic acid is a very strong compound acid, that holds the propery of a lot of asorbic acids and can cause some serious burns, my question is why you would be intersted in such a chemical, because it is used in some pharmisutical compounds as well, but we aware that this although stable is very dangerous and get have bad outcomes when mixed with other chemicals "do not get it on your skin "

HCl. Because the HCl completely dissociates into H+ and Cl- ions. The reason being that it is an ionic inorganic substance. While acetic acid does not dissociates upto a level. Then it maintains an equilibrium between its dissociated state and undissociated state. Its dissociation is also not very fast as HCl.
