I fell asleep within the first 5 minutes of the show, and judging from the lack of buzz about it here at work, I don't think that I missed anything.

I was disappointed in the end. I don't like the way they left the Chief hanging with a second chance with his wife and no one to fill his position. I'm glad that McDreamy and Merredith are breaking up. I didn't like them together in the first place.
I wish Addison wasn't leaving. I'm mad that Alex didn't get "Ava" Rebecca in the end. I'm completely annoyed with Izzie. I wish she was leaving. Izzie telling George she loves him pissed me off.
